The Twelves

The Twelves is an electronic music production and DJ duo from Brazil, formed by João Miguel and Luciano Oliveira. The project gained international recognition for its distinctive remix style, reworking tracks by artists such as M.I.A., Groove Armada, Metric, Two Door Cinema Club, La Roux and Daft Punk. Over the years, The Twelves have performed at major festivals including Coachella, Sónar, Rock in Rio, Montreux Jazz Festival, Lovebox, Creamfields and SXSW, opened for artists such as Arcade Fire, Justice, LCD Soundsystem and New Order, toured extensively across multiple continents, and produced more than 40 remixes for international artists. They were featured by Spin as one of “9 Unknown Bands to Watch at SXSW” and “25 Must-Hear Artists at Coachella”, and delivered an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1. Their version of “Nightvision” (Daft Punk) was featured in the widely circulated back-to-back DJ set by Thomas Bangalter and Fred again.. at Alexandra Palace, London (USB002, 27 February 2026), bringing the project to a new generation of listeners.
